Hi, I'm Penne. I'm a wife and mom of three. When I almost died in 2021, I was determine to give my kids all the tools they needed in life, starting in the kitchen. I am an avid foodie and of course, married one. I love to cook and our whole family loves to eat, so I'm teaching my little foodies what I know. We hope that our story and videos inspire others to get their families in the kitchen and make memories.

Air Fryer Chicken Nuggets

Who would have thought you could make chicken nuggets at home and they would be amazing. Paige had been wanting these since the moment the air flyer entered our home. Paisley got to make them though and she was so exited about it. Paisley was determined to make a chicken nugget creature, introducing the 8 tailed fox chicken nuggie.

I added bread crumbs and bacon bits to them and oh.. oh so yummy. Used my 70's food processor to get everything into smaller chunks. Thing is ancient, but still works! They don't build things like they use to. They build it cheap now, so it will break and you have to buy a new one. 🙄 Oh goodness I sound like my mom. Just think, one day our kids will be our age or their grandparents age thinking back to now and say "remember the good ole' days."

Anyway back to the food. Food is my happy place. We HAVE to eat to survive. I just try to dress it up and enjoy it. Food brings our family together. We have always tried hard to eat dinner as a family. Even when our son and daughter-in-law moved back home to help after I had a stoke, we have encouraged them to eat with us. It's fun with everyone at the table and it's loud. We are a very sarcastic family, making jokes, a lot of movie quotes are thrown around, weirdness isn't even hidden but more than anything you know we have love. Every family shows it differently and this is us. ❤️
